Native App sounds fantastic. I would also like to see XM do the same. If you pay for this, will you be allowed to use the same subscription account at the same time as, say if you were to have you car playing the satellite radio?

Sure does beat blowing $X00 on one of those portable units. Of course it will be interesting to see how well that works over EDGE. Oh yeah, and how much will they charge???

FYI, if you guys didn't know, XM and Sirius crossed the FCC hurdle toward their merger. I don't know what the timeline is, but there are plenty o' hoops left to jump through. For some reason this merger freaks people in the government out while Clear Channel owning about every free radio channel in the country is, eh, OK. 🙂

Right, the monopoly thing that the DOJ said doesn't exist... and in terms of delivering music to me in my car, at home, work, on the go, etc etc (which is what Sirius does), how is it a monopoly? I could have sworn that I have CDs, an iPod and regular radio.

I like how it has the option for Premium Content (ie howard stern etc.) On most Sirius Phone Apps (ie Sprint) it just does Music.
