So 10th Gen Intel arrived but is missing WiFi 6 and PCI Express 4.0

Intel just announced 11th Gen Tiger Lake with over 20% improvements over 10th Gen.

Now there could be some serious benefits here for Apple primarily customers would be hesitant to invest in a MacBook Pro that can’t run Bootcamp Windows 10 for Gaming support or an external eGPU vía Thunderbolt 3 all because it’s running an A14X ARM CPU.

I think top level MacBook Pro users would benefit greatly from a 11th Gen Intel Tiger Lake system.

Thought this was familiar and guess what, you have form for this - including posting a thread on the very same subject with the very same nonsense. I guess no learning took place.

A total waste of bandwidth.

Ignore button.

I agreed with the OP, would be nice to see a solid spec update on the 16".
Even if intel announced versions of that chip for the 16" (which they have not), I could see apple holding out on it still. They wouldn't have as substanial gains when they update it to ARM. An immportant graphic on all the product pages on Apple.com is that bar chart that shows how many multitues faster the latest update is compared to the "previous model". I think they want the "previous model" to be the 9th gen intel to make themsevles feel better about ARM, lol
