We were unable to complete setup online....

    has anyone been able to successfully order after getting this error like say....100 times? What does it even mean? trying to replace existing phone with 32gb and can get through SMS/DATA options consistently now...then "processing information" and then "We were unable to complete setup online" :mad::mad:

    There's two other threads about this same issue. Same problem here... I've tried well over 100 times also.

    I am getting this same error on a line that doesn't have a data plan or an iPhone on it which is part of a Family Plan.

    If I try to upgrade any of the iPhone lines in that Family Plan, it works but for any non-iPhone lines, it shows this error.

    Has anyone found a solution? I've tried at least 200 times today and can never get past this error.

    still getting this error this morning. no apple stores nearby and no way to call them right now - so awesome!
