Does anyone know of any apps/tweaks that give the actual weather and time on the icons?

I've tried WeatherIcon but it kept putting the phone in safe mode.

Open the Apple Store app and search for the app. And, yes, it works on the IP5.

As I stated, it's found in the Apple App Store. Yes, works on the iphone 5.
