I noticed that ever since the 10.2 update the display of the next 12 hours in the weather app is somewhat messed up as per the screenshot attached.
While it was 21:26 (i.e. 9:26 PM), the app shows 9 as the current hour and then the weather for the next 12 hours is counting up to 20.
Am I totally misinterpreting that view or is this really messed up like that?
I believe that prior to 10.2 the circle would in that case start at 21 and then count through to 8 (am).
I tried changing time to 12h and back to no avail...
Any ideas, hints, help?

Yeah, some American 12h time programmer made some mixup with the 10.2 update I guess - seeing the same behaviour and only noticed it since 10.2. If you set the Watch to 12h mode and force quit the weather app, it does give the expected results, so it's a 24h display bug.

After noticing the same thing, I came here to make a similar post. Then I saw your post, which I would give a million likes if I could.

I tried the same thing; toggling between 12-hour and 24-time. I also reset the watch, and even set it up as new. Nothing fixed it.

It's such an amateurish error, and it's hard to believe it wasn't caught during beta-testing. WatchOS 10 has been such a mess.

Yeah same here - I use my watch a lot before going to sleep, so check up on the morning weather for my run. The first couple of times with 10.2 it was confusing, but yeah seems like (another) WatchOS 10 bug...
