Have had issues getting alerts from them for a while. Switched carriers and got a new 7+ on Verizon, had a 7+ on att before.
Both phones were set up the same way, and Alerts were inconsistent.
Now my wife has a 7+, had android before, and I set up weather channel on her phone too. She gets all the alerts, nws warnings, precipitation warning. I get nothing but a daily pollen alert.
Any ideas? It’s really frustrating trying to find a weather app that actually works properly. If the weather channel app would alert the way it’s supposed to, it would be close to perfect.
