Weather Complication and App Never Works

My weather complication and app never works on the Apple Watch. I have tried power cycling both devices and the problem keeps occurring, only occasionally will it actually display the weather instead of --. Anyone else having the problem??

Not for me. Weather has been working just fine.

I had the same issue start all of a sudden after several weeks of perfect operation. Finally unpaired the watch and re-paired and it started working again. Hope this will be fixed soon as it's a pain to re-pair and lose activity calibration.
