iPhone Weather Info on Notification Center?

i am currently running a 7.0.4 jailbroken on my iphone 5. For ome odd reason the weather information is not displaying on my notification center. I have tried enabling both Location Services and Background Refresh with the weather app enabled, yet it still won't work. Any ideas?

Known issue. Reset all settings fixes it.

You're welcome. It just kinda stinks when another jailbreak tweak breaks it and you have to redo all your settings again.

If it happens again there is an easier fix (at least try this first).
