ok here goes:

iphone 4, 4.3.5 tethered JB
installed above app.
now want to remove app
problem: it does not appear in my list of installed apps in cydia
when searched for in cydia "app store" it says not installed
but it is installed lol
i have been thru every setting in cyida on phone, sbs, general setting looking for anything-even with a diff name.. no luck..
did a hard reset no luck..
worse comes to worse i can throw in a folder called unused apps.. :/

ok reinstalled and i watched - it says it installed it..
then uninstalled- says it did
but still theeeerrreee..

if you install CyDelete from cydia you should be able to delete it just like any apple app by holding the app till it shakes then clicking the x

tried that- didn't work- it wiggled but no x or anything.. couldn't delete

if you have terminal installed or can ssh on to your phone you could try

apt-get remove com.ashman.weathericon_2.4.3.0_iphoneos-arm.deb

if this is the tweak you used
