Web app to App Store?

Anyone know how to do this?

I know the Wells Fargo app is basically their web app wrapped in some magical code that allows it to be submitted to the app store... but i have no idea what to search for in order to figure out how to do this.

I know little about this but wouldn't that just be an app that's entirely webview.
