I need help, I like to play Web browser games, but they're all soooo laggy, I have an OK graphics card, a Mac 10.4.11 and I use Seamonkey, (Great Web Browser) But Its Ridiculously laggy in everyone, what to do??

There's probably not a lot you can do other than try different web browsers short of buying a new computer.
