Any suggestions about most respected/useful web develop certifications?

There appears to be a lot out there, but unsure which ones are most trusted etc?

I'd check out CIW

That's what I'm doing right now. ^^ They have a lot of stuff you can do on there; however, it is a bit pricey.

I would recommend you take Zend certification if you are interested in PHP development.
I am currently going though the process just now and have learned quite a significant amount, the Zend framework and it is highly sought after and recognised by employers.

I don't believe you would get anything out of Adobe certification for web development as their tools are mainly focused on design and not development.
