I just found this triple schweet (free) ad blocker for the desktop Safari:
    http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/33567

It works amazingly well - preventing annoying ads (on pages) from displaying.
Is there anything like this for the iPhone version of Safari?

I'm using a legit (not jail breaked) iPhone. Thanks!

No, they also block banner ad images and google adsense as well as those annoying ads that show up when you hover your mouse over words in forums and stuff. They even block some ads that load 30 second video ads before playing your selected video in things like Hulu (I'm not sure if that still works, but it has in the past.)

    They block all ads.

The only way to do it is to jailbreak so you're SOL.

I've been using Mozilla Firefox's Adblock Plus for years, and now when I use my iPhone, the internet looks completely different. There are ADVERTISEMENTS EVERYWHERE!!! IT'S SCARY !!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:
