Webcam direct flash capture

Hi
Does anyone know if there is a webcam flash capture software?

I have a webcam that I want to simply capture .flv files from that I can save on my harddrive.

I would prefer not to have to capture the video in a different format than .flv and then have to convert it to .flv.

Depends on your webcam. If you use the iSight, no luck.
