Webcam Mac OSX Question

I'm new to a Mac and I have 2 Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 webcams. If I were to install the Mac OSX drivers and plug both of them in on the same machine...would OSX recognize them as separate webcams?

if you are plugging them into different ports it should, however if you are using a splitter to plug both into firewire or something like that it may not work, but probley still will
