Webclip Design Question

I am trying to change all of my webclip icons on my iPhone. I've seen a few that are a CS3 style...


Does anyone know how to create the icons like these in Photoshop? I think it would look really cool to have them all the same...

That should be easy, just create a document of the right size- fill it with whatever color you want- apply a gradient- use the text tool and a simple font to do the letters.
