WebKIT Nightlies and broken MobileMe bookmark syncing?

Hey all,
I searched the forum, but couldn't find any info, so I figured I'd ask.

I recently installed the WebKIT browser (nightlies) on my MacPro and my MBP.

I've noticed that MobileMe is still syncing my bookmarks fine to my iPhone (from my MacPro), however I cannot get my bookmarks to sync on my MacBookPro.

I've tried going to the preferences, and overwriting bookmark data on the MBP from MM, with no luck.

Does anybody have any idea why this is happening, and how I can fix this issue.
