Can't you just setup a recurring reminder? It'll notify you on the watch.

I'm using the Carezone app (free on the App Store). It works great with the Apple Watch.

You can set up medication reminders at a certain time. Do it on the iPhone app

I use the Alarm app on the watch, which is fine for reminders that don't need special intervals. You can set the time and one or more specified days of the week. And you can give the alarms names by speaking them into the watch. You can also turn individual alarms on and off.

So, for weekdays when I'm at work I have a 9:00 am watch alarm, but on weekends when I sleep later, I set a 10:00 am reminder. Then at 2:00 pm everyday I have another alarm. For my every other day reminder, I use the iPhone reminder app.
