My company uses Webroot as part of our security suite, and is having a problem with installing on the new Macs we just received. The installation runs, but the new installs do NOT show up on the Webroot console. We've been working with Webroot, who insists there's not a problem, but there seems to be a problem on their own community webboards. I thought I'd reach out here for our IT folks; if you're using Webroot and have experienced this, and especially if you've overcome this, would you let me know?
