What is best to buy for OS X designing simple website for a small business?

RapidWeaver is what I use. It has a bit of a learning curve but not as much as dreamweaver and it doesn't require the user to learn coding.

I use Rapidweaver for simple template-based sites, and coda for those that require programming or where SEO is uber-important.

I use http://www.quickandeasywebbuilder.com/ It's very good for newbies And very simple and you got a full space to change things, Unlike Rapidweaver which is quite limited with their templates.
