Is there a way to make Safari remember website settings for more than just a few days?
Please note that this shouldn't be an issue with cookies. My cookie settings should be just fine.

Settings > Safari > Settings For Websites

When you delete your History and or cookies, it’s all lost.

But the thing is that I don't delete anything. Website settings just reset about twice a week and there's nothing I can do about it.

And not only that, Safari also automatically logs me out of websites that I'm logged in, like Bing for example. Is there a way to keep me logged in without safari logging me out?

Safari won’t log you out of anything. Each site has settings set by the cookies it stores on your device to remember user name or passwords, or to keep you logged in. All financial sites will log you out after a certain period of inactivity regardless, that has nothing to do with Safari.

Why doesn't this happen on any other browser?

I’ve only ever used Firefox on my laptop and if I access one of the financial or banking sites or even Apple iCloud account sites I always have to log back in if I return a certain length of time afterward. I don’t know how long a period of inactivity is required to trigger that but it’s a security feature I’m ok with. But 99% of the time I use Safari so I don’t know what the behavior is with anything other than Firefox. Maybe Safari is just a more secure browser which is a good thing.
