Week 39, 1.0.2 --> Can't Unlock. NO SIM Error

So, was able to downgrade back to my default 1.0.2 which came with the iPhone. I can jailbreak fine, wifi works, iPod works, but I can't unlock the SIM.

I've tried updating to 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 but can't bypass the activation. I try the *#307# and it tells me I don't have a SIM installed, but I do.

I've also tried a Turbo SIM and anySIM and SIM Free, no dice.

Any ideas? I constantly get a NO SIM error...

I am running 3.9 Bootloader. 1.0.2. Week 39.
