:) Tagging the walls of my living room!

Redecorating the inside, to look more like the outside. I've been remodeling, but recently put the major projects on hold. So- I've got some concrete floors and what not,,, for the next couple of months I want to make the walls and floors my canvas!

Going to go see if my Hogs can get one SEC win against Ole Miss. Chances are doubtful though, but I heard they really know how to party down in Oxford, should be a blast.

Meh. Friday night will probably be quality time with the boyfriend. Saturday begins with a rousing visit to the DMV, then maybe girl movies and margaritas night and shopping with my roommate. Sunday will probably consist of sleeping in, complaining about having to go to work the following day, and maybe furniture shopping. :eek:

Well, I'm off to London tomorrow to give my best friend a hell of a sendoff, as she's got a job as an engineer on a cruise ship and will be away for 4 months. Then I'm seeing my mum on Saturday as she's having a rough time of it recently, and then I'm coming back here on Sunday to write my dissertation, which I'm hating every. single. minute. of. :mad:

Pft.

I don't have friends.

So, I'm going home.

and by home, I mean the Apple store.

:D

Might also make some cobbler.
oh man, I made the best cobbler the other day!

Oh man, I want some now!!

/yum
//it was peach cobbler
///zomg delicious!
////AND SOME SOY ICE CREAM!

i've never heard of that place you mentioned. but then again, i'm a relatively new local.

For me the Rememberance/Veterans day off from school tomorrow is not much of a day off because I don't even have classes on Friday. So, I will be spending my time catching up in my Book Arts class, finishing up a shoe spread in InDesign and working on collateral material for my Senior Projects class. I have about 72 hrs to do about 100 hrs of work :D (that would include spending sometime with family, eating, sleeping and possibly seeing one movie.

We MSU fans despise Otown... well I did in my younger days. It's a wonderful place, great bars and bands on the square. Frat parties get some big bands, too. Several of the kids from my youth group are there lovin' it!

Looks like it's going to be another fight for the cellar in the Egg Bowl (MSU vs. Ole Miss)!

The parents are coming on a visit on Saturday (to check the fridge and make sure I'm eating enough ;) ), so we'll be entertaining them, most likely popping out for some dinner, and then later in the afternoon we'll be watching the England-Argentina match. Nothing planned for Sunday, save for going around to my girlfriend's parents for tea...

The teacher I have the most respect for, my freshman English teacher, went to MSU. Believe me, I've learned all there is to hate down in Oxford. It was Bulldogs all the way in that class!

It should be a real awesome time. It's basically my fraternity and a sorority taking a charter bus to Oxford and partying with the equivalent of us down in Ole Miss. Wish I had longer to stay, 2 quick days sure isn't enough for my first time to Miss.

Wow, sounds like a blast! Bus trips are great road trips, and with a sorority?!! Make sure you have seats for the coolers - evenly spaced. And seat the pledges near them so they can serve you and the ladies in a timely fashion.

Just out of curiosity, who's your English teacher?

Since its a long weekend for me (no class due to holiday) i came home to NY to chill out, and sleep in my own bed. I also wanted to talk to my parents about a trip to china with school in May for 2 weeks....

Possibly going deer hunting this weekend. Its supposed to be 70-ish and rain :( :mad: . Then in-between morning hunting, and evening, its sitting on the couch with my new ibook:D.

This weekend another MR regular is coming to Charlotte to visit me... gonna do some shopping, hit the Apple Store, have some dinner and watch a movie, hang out, and go to the Panthers / Jets game on Sunday.

Should be fun! :)

I'm taking advantage of Friday off to finish up several papers for school so I don't feel bad spending the rest of the weekend being unproductive.

Saturday - surfing with a couple of friends, some movie (Jarhead maybe) at night
Sunday - more surfing, maybe curl up with a good book and catch up on reading, call some friends and hopefully hang out

Last exam for the semester tomorrow (Saturday). Party tomorrow night. It should finish sometime about Wednesday so expect some even less coherent posts from me come Thursday. :p
