Christmas morning...
My faithful dog and my little nephew share a moment while opening presents (notice the Oskosh B'Gosh long underwear package...) quite a few years ago... Even though it isn't my childhood, this brings back fond memories of a different time in my life when I was a lot younger, and I felt like I was still a kid, myself... The sad thing is, dear Prudence is gone, and Joseph is nearly grown up... Ahhh, life. It flows with the currents of time.

All of the submissions are great. Sorry it took so long but I had work and school today. I'll talk about the top 3 (and has I stated, all photos were great)
#3 - apealman - what a wonderful picture. that must have took you forever to get it just right. it's kinda of creepy in The Shining kind of way too. I really like this picture.
#2 - Supersteve9219 - excellent! macro? or a poor man's macro? I remember these toys as a child. lighting is great and the blurry background really makes this standout.
#1 - Edge100 - WINNER of this week's contest. It just brought back memories of my dad holding my hand as a child. That was moving. Father and son sharing something together. Congrats.
