    Welcome to this weeks photo contest thread.

    Theme: Nature's Fury in B&W

    This weeks theme is Nature's Fury in B&W. Floods, rain storms, thunderstorms, blizzards, droughts, volcanoes etc. all evoke some awe and/or fear when seen or experienced.

    Rules:
    1. Please submit only one photo per contest.

    2. Please do not comment on photos until after the judging has taken place.

    3. The contest runs for exactly one week, starting NOW! (see time/date stamp at the start of this thread)

    4. At the end of the week, The Judge (last week's Winner) will choose a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place photo, providing as much feedback as possible. (Judge has 24 hours to make decision)

    5. The 1st place Winner will start a new thread with the topic/theme of their choice, and act as the Judge for that contest. (Winner has 48 hours to create new theme)

    Lol. I've only just noticed the B&W element to this contest. What a plum! Epic fail on my part. I've quickly converted mine to black and white making it at least 43% worse. Hope it's not too late.

    I saw yours in colour but nothing twigged … :confused:

    Shouldn't the contest have closed yesterday? Obviously just hanging on until you'd changed your entry!

    tbh, even though I gazed at the photo more than thrice, for some reason the colour did not register as a no-no. maybe the overwhelming brit grey weather was a crucial factor
