Thanks for the comments Schtumple - as with all the contests, some great photos and definitely worthy winners.

The canal and boat were what this and related shots were originally meant to be about: the ducks in this particular photo were more of an attempt to qualify for the theme. Taken with a Canon 6D with the 24-105 f/4L at f5.6 from memory.

Wow, thank you for the #1 vote this week, Schtumple! I appreciate the kind words. To answer your question, yes, it's a VSCO film preset (Polaroid 690 Cold +). I thought it worked pretty well for this image.

I'll try to get the next contest up sometime today.

And it's the Nikon 10.5 f 2.8mm fish eye lens. Apparently the only true fish eye you can get for a DX camera.
