Oh dear. I’m getting worse. 83,233. Too much work, not enough work out.

I'm really not doing as well as usual these days.

Did more cycling this week. Less walks, so less steps

Definitely slowing down in winter… or rather getting a bit too cold to be outside for long periods.

Not bad. But we had good weather here for october.

Decent considering I got covid and was sick for three days and had to quarantine. I did fail my monthly challenge thou ;( It was something like 53 000 kcal and I only got up to 44k and then I had to sit at home the last week.
