Weeknumbers for iCal

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure how successful reviving this thread will be.

My question is how can I add a custom week number set to iCal. The ones Mitthrawnuruodo were amazing, but not exactly what I'm looking for. My University runs its own week numbering and it would be extremely helpful to have them in my iCal.

Don't know if that's possible, even with another add-on app.
The obvious work around is tedious; creating an event on the first day of each week that is simply the number.

This is so cool. But here's the rub. I whole heartedly agree that the week starts on Monday, but the college I work starts their week on SATURDAY!?!? ...and I'm just a peon.

It would be really useful to be able to adjust the first day. Pretty Please.

Week numbers

Week numbers in both EU and US format are available for free from

http://www.webcal.fi/en/webcals.php#week_numbering

these calendar are valid "forever" (no need to re-subscribe).

Note that the US numbering does not only start on Sunday, but the numbers are different, too. You may, however, use the EU numbering and only display the week number on any particular day of the week.

There are also other calendars available, such as sunrise&sunset and moon phass.
