Weird Alignment Issues in Leopard

Does anyone know what might be the cause of this?

Weather reading and date is off

iphoto.jpg

iPhoto event titles are off

It happened before when I was using Tiger. I did a "Erase and Install" for Leopard and its still doing it.

Any ideas???
