Weird banding w/ flouresant light

Is there a way to stop this with changing settings on my 5dii?

I believe it has to do with shutter speed. You'll need to adjust the speed to avoid the rolling florescent effect.

Unless it's a bad bulb (or you're shooting in a 50hz country) setting your shutter speed to 1/60th SHOULD fix this.
