Hey guys, I've been noticing lately that my near new MBP is losing battery life really quick. It says I have 4:30 battery life left and it's a 99% charge. Shouldn't it be around the 6hour mark? Last time I calibrated it was about 2 weeks ago, when I started to notice this sharp decline. I use my MBP at home alot and never recall when I've needed my battery to last as long as possible, I use it 95% of the time at my desk, but this is just, weird. I have Applecare, should I ring them up? I'm using my 9400M right now.

The Ivory Tower (I'm not coming down)
The time remaining depends on the load the CPU is experiencing at the time. For instance if I'm copying something with Handbrake the battery timer would probably go down to 2 hours, but when I quit out of it the timer will go back up to 4 or 5 hours. It's not a good indicator that your battery is "funny."
