Weird Box

So my girlfriend did her update on her phone and after the reboot she now has a weird box on the screen. It's essentially a box with a fat line at the bottom sort of like an anchor that can drag the box around the screen. Not sure what it is or how to get rid of it. I've read something similar happened to other people after their upgrade but theirs has a 0:00 in it.

Any ideas?

Maybe settings -> general -> accessibility-> assistive touch

Somehow the Zoom got activated.
