Since installing 3.0 I've had this weird bug. My phone will be in my pocket. I'll take it out, unlock it and it will be in a state other than I left it. Most of the time it is at a new email screen with a weird To: line. Something like @#@. Anyone else seen this? It didn't do this on 2.x.

Never had that happen. Its always on the screen I left it on.

Hot diggidy thats weird!

This may sound really crazy, but your phone may be a decipticon robot! Perhaps trying to leak intelligence to Megatron?

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

But putting aside this grave breach of galactic protocol, I've never heard of an iPhone doing anything like this.

The phone does stuff in the background while locked like check for new mail, push notifications etc. but that is pretty odd!

Nope, never jailbroken. Its not all the time. It happens about once a day.
