Hi all!

Experiencing an issue with the my iPhone 7 Plus this morning, the night after updating OS to iOS 10.1.

I initially noticed when I plugged in my earpods. Tried to put the volume up using the iPhone 7+ volume rocker but it wasn't registering volume up. Pulled the earpods out and turned off / on the phone. Restarted it and it appeared to work. Then around an hour later tried to put the volume up while in the car and every time I hit volume up the ringer/vibrate button alert would show and phone would vibrate.

The phone is a Hong Kong model with facetime and I'm based in Abu Dhabi where the official apple store doesn't have facetime enabled phones. Before I go there and do the whole exchange thing, Wanted to check if there were any other suggestions.

So, you didn't have this issue prior to 10.1 ? If so, it's quite surely software related.

I wonder if doing a 'reset all settings' might do it.
