Weird Cadence drops while running

Since this week im getting weird Cadence drops as shown in the picture(red and orange dots). Have anyone experienced this ? I didnt change anything just accidentaly turner on Open water swimming in pool. Could this f*ck up accelerometer or GPS settings ? TIA
