    Sure that's not a UFO?

This is one time where I think America's gun laws make sense to me.

Shoot that alien before it probes your ass.

PS: I want to see more photos, but from a different angle. What's the point of leading us to a webpage with 4 nearly identical photos?

    It's a jewelled spider.

Actually in Florida, it's a spiny orb weaver spider.

Perhaps it should be a Dead Spider

That's one gorgeous spider - I like the little beggars... most of them are far more frightened of you

    Definitely.

Or perhaps a white-hot lance through the middle of it.

Incase you haven't guessed already, I don't like spiders. :)

    Simple. Effective. :D

Male spiders don't have much of a life...

From the web site: Like most spiders, the Jewelled Spider mates, the female eats the males, the female lays eggs, the eggs hatch and the young spiders are on their own from hatching.

I'm thinking shot-put. The Olympians have inspired me to become more creative in my modes of killing.

Female humans don't eat the male humans. Rather they just empty the pocketbook. :)

The Jewelled Spider is not poisonous, but if you want to get rid of it, at least spare its life... heck, if I saw a spider like that (outside my house) I would let it live.
