I'm writing for a friend of mine. His macbook display shows some really weird problems from time to time. But see by yourself:

This problem comes and goes as it want to. Doesn't seem to be based on temperature or the time the macbook is turned on... I would guess the display is damaged, even if there didn't happen anything to it. Don't think it's a software problem. Maybe also the graphic card... but to be honest I don't have any idea what's going on exaclty, because sometimes everything is completely fine, not even one false pixel...
