Weird Error On Safari Start

As soon as I open safari I get the following error. I have tried everything over the past two hours and nothing worked. Anyone come across this or have any idea of what's happening?

In Safari preferences/settings, in the General tab, make sure there's nothing in the homepage section.

Also set Safari to open with an empty page and restart to see if that helps.

Thank you for replying! I tried that, no go. The homepage section was the standard apple one anyway and I have it show the start page which just shows favorites. I have nuked Adguard Mac App, NordVPN, disabled all extensions and apps that start up and it's still popping up. Cleared Safari caches, ran a bunch of terminal commands suggested by various AIs. Nothing. Still shows up. The thing is I'm sure it's a me problem I just can't figure out what the issue is.

Can you surf the web at all?

Also, do you have JavaScript turned off?

It turned out a bookmark of mine was the thing messing the entire thing up. Deleted the bookmark and issue solved. For whatever it's worth to anyone reading this, spent 4 hours with gemini and ChatGPT and nothing. And I am telling you I tried EVERTYTHING. Like name it and I tried it. Used claude for about 45 minutes and problem solved. It's anecdotal but... it's worth something to me.
