Has anyone noticed weird graphic card problems when opening a folder? It's one particular folder that is causing the problem. The cursor gets all jittery and the screen distorts. Is this a Sierra problem or a graphics card problem? I am running the latest iMac 27" with the 580 card and a 512 SD

This looks like software issue for me. If GPU failed, it won't limited to that particular folder and window.

You better send this to Apple. Let them have a look, and hopefully they will fix the GPU driver on the next update.

Yes deleted the folder and it seems to have stopped. How does one send this to Apple. Do I need to take it in store?

Thanks

Hi vapourtrails
I think you are not correct graphic card drivers installed that's why your laptop doesn't work properly.i would say to you can search latest drivers on the internet.

??? The 580 GPU driver is builded into the MacOS, there is no separate driver for OP to download or install. Also, iMac is not a Laptop.
