I've been having some software issues, and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the software to no avail. However, I could not locate some of the files, even using finder>system files> are included.
However, I noticed something strange by chance. I downloaded Topaz denoise plug in for aperture but then the plug in didn't work. Looking at the Topaz website it said that it should be stored in user>username>Library>Application Support>Topaz, but this folder isn't there on my account.
I did my usual of Finder>system files> are included and low and behold, the plug in showed up. When I clicked on it the path showed HDD>Library>application support>Topaz, notice the lack of user.
I've now discovered that I have 2 libraries, the one I've always had which is HDD>User>username>Library, and now a second; HDD>Library. It appears that a lot of info is being put into this second one.
Why has this happened, how do I merge the 2 and just go back to HDD>user>username>library?
