I'm stumped with this and Apple Support so far can't find a solution. A few weeks ago I got my daughter a new iPad. I set it up by transferring directly from the old one. Some time since then, a few issues have popped one. One, when she views my contact, the buttons to call or FaceTime me are grayed out. For some other contacts, all options work. For some, they don't. Second, the keyboard that is displayed to enter the Screen Time code looks very strange and I can't imagine it's supposed to look like this. Third, my iPhone is telling me that Screen Time on my daughter's iPad hasn't been available for 7 days and I need to make sure it's connected to the internet and signed in (both are). We tried all kinds of troubleshooting and as a last resort I restored it tonight, but nothing has worked. Has anyone seen anything like this before, and does anyone have a solution?

I figured I would try turning off Screen Time to see if that helped. First, it brought back the option for her to FaceTime me. After closing Contacts and trying again, the option to call me was back but FaceTime is gone.
