Weird keyboard modifier buttons showing up on screen?

Whenever I push shift, command, ctrol or alt it shows up on my desktop and stays there and then shift acts as cap locks. Ive attached a screenshot, can someone please tell me how to turn this off?

System Preferences > Universal Access > Keyboard > Sticky Keys

I tried typing a whole bunch of things to describe the problem and I never thought of sticky keys 🙂
