This is likely not an iPhone issue, but more likely an AT&T issue. Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone else has run across this issue while using YouTube with an iPhone. Lately, when I view YouTube via the YouTube app using my iPhone12MP, all the ads I get are in Japanese. This only happens when I am using "cellular data". If I turn off cellular data and connect to the internet via WiFi, everything seems normal - ads are all in English. But as soon as I switch to Cellular data, Youtube thinks I'm in Japan. If I use a VPN, the problem goes away.

This is a very strange phenomenon that only started about a week ago.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this sort of language confusion pop up? ( all my language settings are for English ).
