Weird lockscreen after JB (pic inside)

I jailbroke my rig, installed a few things... then realized this was permanently my lock screen and I couldnt remove it. Anyone seen this yet? Any idea how to rid it?

I've removed the packages I installed, and restored/re-jailbroken my phone twice since seeing this.

You may want to restore as a new phone and see what happens. I'd be a little concerned about that being there on its own.

I just found this:

Apparently you must have the Server Lock Example option checked in Winterboard. I don't use Winterboard so I didn't recognize this at all.
