Weird MacBook (Black) Power Problem

Ok, I have noticed this twice now - I sit down with my laptop which has around 1:09 battery left and after 2 mins it hibernates?

The battery is at 100% health so that can't be the reason?

Any ideas?

Not a dumb question at all, I thought so first couple of times but it has now begun to do it whilst I am in the middle of typing... 🙁
