It's called a kernel panic, and they can be caused by numerous things. Have you only started getting it since attaching this new router?
Yes getting this error, only when attaching this new modem and using the Internet for few minutes on any browser. How to fix ?

It can be software related or hardware related, there is no specific fix for a Kernel Panic, as the cause can range from incompatible software all the way to a faulty logicboard.

Post your kernel panic log on here, more knowledgeable people than myself may be able to decipher it and tell you what's wrong.

If it only happens when you connect to the modem, odds are you're having a hardware compatibility problem, and not an internal problem that surfaces when you use that hardware.

Have you run the computer without the modem repeatedly to make sure it's not internal? Something as simple as your RAM being unseated can cause a KP.

See if you can find a firmware update for the modem. Another thing I would try is using a different modem to do the same tasks to see if you still get the KP.
