Weird Networking Issue. Any thoughts?

I had something weird happen a little while ago. I lost network connection to one our PC's from my Mac. I could still see the other PC and the other Mac so I power cycled the router and the switch. That didn't help any so I went and rebooted that PC. Everything is cool there, however from the Mac Pro, I can't get into the G5 from the Finder. HOWEVER, from the G5, I can get into the Mac Pro. Why would that work? Any thoughts on how to get it to work without rebooting either of the Macs?
