WEIRD OSX Intel iMac 'Open With' problem...

When I right or CTRL click on an item and choose open with....

The menu features everything in duplicate, like 2 previews, 2 photoshop etc... Tried repairing permisions but to no avail. Any idea how to correct this lads?
