Weird Printer Problem

I recently connected my printer to my new Airport Extreme and I print to my HP printer wirelessly. Whenever I print something, this always pops up.

What is this and what can I do to stop it from popping up whenever I print something? Is this normal?

It's completely normal. It's just the application for the print queue. You can't stop it opening, but you can have it close automatically after printing. I'm on my iPhone at the moment, so I can't tell you exactly, but while that's open, right click on it's dock icon, and select auto-quit or auto-close. Something like that!🙂
