I have had my iPad 2 16 GB Wi-Fi since late April, but just started to run into a problem about a month ago. I have home sharing enabled on my iMac running Sniw Leopard so that I can stream my 500 GB music and video library to my iPhone and iPad without constantly putting stuff on and off of my devices. It worked fine for a few months, but then started to have problems on my iPad, but not my iPhone. I can view and play my music and movies fine, but not my TV shows. All that comes up is about 50 copies of the 6 seasons of M*A*S*H, and nothing else. I have dozens of other shows, but they are not showing up on my iPad. But they work fine on my iPhone 4S and iPod touch 3G. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution? I am totally flumuxed on this one.
Thanks

That is indeed strange. I'd say maybe some weird meta tag issue was going on with the tv shows your iPad doesn't see. But that wouldn't explain why your iPhone can see them.

Wondering - when you connect the iPad to iTunes, does it show the tv shows there? Can you sync them directly? I know that you're trying to avoid that in regular use, but it may help narrow the source of the problem.

I can still put the TV shows onto the iPad normally. I do that when ever I travel. They show up in iTunes fine. The problem resides in streaming the media to my iPad only.
